Hello and welcome!

I am Jess, the author of this little blog. I am 29, married, and living in Kansas City, Missouri. I work in IT as a professional geek. I am obsessed with wine, cupcakes, tattoos, reading, geeking out, and bubble baths. I love to bake & cook, eat, and talk about food. Basically, I love food. See: My ass. I am also addicted to purchasing expensive geekery and ridiculously expensive purses. I never thought I'd be married, a mama and living in the 'burbs but I rather enjoy it. I am an asshole and I cuss a lot. So don't email me if I offend you, I really don't care.



I am married to this dude:



No, he isn't hiding from the man, this is how he is, all the time. He's obsessed with photography, our dog Molly, and me. Probably in that order. Unless he needs booty or baked goods, of course.

Together, we created this:

Our daughter, Harper who is due on 10/08/10. I blog a lot about how much pregnancy sucks, but I can't wait to meet her. Also, she will be our only child and no, I won't change my mind. Update: Harper Adelyn Trump was born on 10/4/10 @ 2:23pm via c-section. She weighed 7lbs 12oz and was 19.5 inches long.

Finally, we have Miss Molly Pie Pants. She is the best dog on the planet and no, you can't have her.
