Hey there!
So I hit up the scales yesterday and managed to drop 2.2lbs last week! Thats pure craziness because well, I picked the wrong damn week of the month to start up again. ;) But hey, 2.2lbs is still 2.2lbs off my body, so woot for me! Here's the little tracker I have that keeps track of the weight loss process, I like seeing it go downnnnnn.
Its frustrating for it to be sooooo slow lol. But I know in my head that I did not put this week on in a week so its not coming off in a week. Slow and steady is my new mantra with all of this. :) Hopefully next week can be a little better since I'll have hit the stores up for the healthy stuff.
Oh! I managed to give up the sauce cold turkey. No more Mt Dew for this chick :D Woots! If I want a soda, I can have a Diet A&W Root Beer-- zero points -- to tide me over. I also bought this stuff and had it for the first time this am, so damn good!

They have a whole line of teas in the "Be Well Red Teas'' that are caffiene free goodness. I'm curious to try the Get some Zzz's one, I need something healthy before bed to relax me.
More later, I need lunch!

I love me some diet soda. Cannot.live.without.it. My delicious treat of the week is to go get a Route 44 at Sonic. A diet coke with cherry. Yumminess.

I am trying to keep up with my weight loss on Excel, but I like your method better -- much more visually stimulating!
